For places whose former purpose has faded, we seek new function — and new life.

Cities carry their memory. Unused land and industrial heritage are not empty space. They are places whose former purpose has passed and which await a new one. EP Real Estate prepares the real estate assets of the group for their considered transformation.

Since 2019, EP Real Estate has been uncovering further potential in the land, buildings and technological facilities owned by the group. So that their intrinsic value grows over time and continues to enrich the region. As the company’s role evolves from asset management to the responsible cultivation of whole areas, anonymous space becomes a place that gains new meaning and becomes an integral, living part of the city.

About us

Key pillars

  1. Architecture as a long-term investment

High-quality architecture and urbanism represent a considered economic and reputational investment that permanently enhances the surrounding area.

  2. Identity rooted in place

Every project draws on the history of its site. Sensitive work with context gives new districts an authentic local identity.

  3. Cultivation as a tool of development

Public space is an integral part of every project, and a responsible approach to it is an investment in the future of the city.

„I would like us to succeed in creating high-quality, sustainable architecture for the long term — for EPRE to be a brand of projects that will still work well in fifty or a hundred years and that people will love.“

„It is not about building monuments or chasing flashy architecture. But we are aware that what we build will remain here for some time after us. We try, rather, to give back to the city — to revive places that have been neglected for years. Value should be defined by the projects themselves and by the mark we leave behind in a place.“

„We do not chase yield at the cost of lower quality. What I value most about the projects we deliver is that we can bring life back to places that stood unused for decades.“

„We do not pretend to be altruists — we build so that it makes sense. But when someone notices that a former brownfield is becoming a piece of the city, it makes us happy.“

„New buildings should not merely generate profit; they should also create new quality in the public space. We aim for a high level of refinement — projects that are worth attention and that people enjoy living and working in.“

„A building in the city stays — it is a kind of signature on the face of the city that outlasts most other things.“

„Refinement also means fair and decent dealings with clients — acting responsibly rather than trying to squeeze profit out of every situation.“

„We face no pressure from time or debt, which usually pushes developers toward quick results. That allows us to give projects time and see them through to the quality we care about.“
