Who we are
EP Real Estate is a sister company of EP Group. It manages and develops the real estate assets of the EPG/EPH group and uncovers their further potential. The initials "EP" in the name refer to the backing of the group, which stands for stability — continuity and the ability to plan across investment cycles. Backed by the strength of EP Group, it can deliver projects with a long‑term vision, stability and a responsible approach.
As the company's role shifts from asset management to the development of areas, the EP Real Estate brand naturally operates at the interface between investment and the creation of high‑quality living environments. Turning an unused place into a fully‑fledged part of the city is a process that takes many years: from taking over a neglected site, through administrative preparation and permitting, to the urban planning and architecture of a new, functional district. EPRE feels the same degree of responsibility towards prestigious addresses in city centres as towards areas on their outskirts.

Projects in our home market, the Czech Republic, are at an advanced or implementation stage. EPRE operates primarily in the wider city centres, preparing residential and office projects as well as projects with a specific purpose. It develops them in collaboration with experienced architectural studios.
