Sustainability & ESG

For EP Real Estate, sustainability is not a separate agenda but a way of thinking. The essence of the company is the considered renewal of unused land; the prudent transformation of brownfields brings back to life areas whose former purpose has passed, sparing undeveloped landscape as well as resources that have already served once.

The vision is built on the “long game”: on creating environments and building a legacy that will stand the test of future generations. Prudent transformation rests on high‑quality architecture and a long‑term vision, as well as on quiet respect for the history of a place and its urban and social context.

In its search for viable solutions, EP Real Estate directly follows the sustainability philosophy of the whole EPG/EPH group — the conviction that prosperity inseparably carries responsibility with it.

„I would like us to succeed in creating high-quality, sustainable architecture for the long term — for EPRE to be a brand of projects that will still work well in fifty or a hundred years and that people will love.“

„It is not about building monuments or chasing flashy architecture. But we are aware that what we build will remain here for some time after us. We try, rather, to give back to the city — to revive places that have been neglected for years. Value should be defined by the projects themselves and by the mark we leave behind in a place.“

„We do not chase yield at the cost of lower quality. What I value most about the projects we deliver is that we can bring life back to places that stood unused for decades.“

„We do not pretend to be altruists — we build so that it makes sense. But when someone notices that a former brownfield is becoming a piece of the city, it makes us happy.“

„New buildings should not merely generate profit; they should also create new quality in the public space. We aim for a high level of refinement — projects that are worth attention and that people enjoy living and working in.“

„A building in the city stays — it is a kind of signature on the face of the city that outlasts most other things.“

„Refinement also means fair and decent dealings with clients — acting responsibly rather than trying to squeeze profit out of every situation.“

„We face no pressure from time or debt, which usually pushes developers toward quick results. That allows us to give projects time and see them through to the quality we care about.“
