Architecture and design

Modern offices to let in the immediate vicinity of the Želivského metro station were created in cooperation with the developer Crestyl. EP Real Estate led the preparation of the project, with the aim of building a modern administrative base for companies within the EPG/EPH group. Hagibor brings a new generation of office space connecting contemporary architecture, a high-quality public realm and everyday contact with greenery.

The centrepiece of the whole concept is a central pedestrian boulevard linking the individual buildings and creating a lively place for work and meeting. The office buildings are designed with an emphasis on flexibility and a high standard of working environment.

Location

The Hagibor project lies on the border of Vinohrady, Strašnice and Žižkov, next to the Želivského metro station. A quiet yet excellently connected part of Prague, it adjoins the bustling Vinohradská street while preserving its calm and privacy.
